Water and electricity installation in home improvement, from slotting to piping and wiring

1. Slotting of water pipes
Construction method: first use the cartridge to flick the thread, and then slot. Pipeline grooves must be parallel and vertical lines as required, and the construction should be carried out in accordance with the hydropower construction drawings. The piping of the horizontal walking line shall be controlled at a height of 60-90 cm (calculated from the ground), and the piping with a faucet must be vertical. The depth is controlled at 4 cm. After the trunking is opened, the person in charge of construction records the size and location of the slotted pipeline. It is convenient to know the position of the pipeline when the sanitary ware is installed in the future.
2. Waterway pipeline installation
Material requirements, PPR pipe, aluminum-plastic pipe. Three years ago, most users bought aluminum-plastic pipes. In the past two years, more users used PPR pipes. The pipeline is divided into cold water pipes and hot water pipes. Do not use galvanized iron pipes for hidden pipes. First of all, the construction staff and the owner will discuss the location and use function of the water area through the construction drawings of the hydropower installation. Arrange for the water and electricity master to drain and install all faucets and water locations. If there is a construction drawing, it can be arranged according to the construction drawing. If the waterway function of the construction drawing is not in place for a long time, communicate with the owner to increase the waterway function.
3. Waterway pipeline inspection
Waterway pipeline inspection is very important, which is related to future waterway safety hazards. We usually use the pressure test method for pipeline inspection. Pressure test is one of the methods to check the leakage of the pipeline. First, use the betting head to bet all the inner wires to death. Use a pressure gauge to test the water (generally 12 pressures for home improvement). Check all joints of all pipes after pressing. The second method is to open the sluice gate for two days and nights after the gambling, and check all the connections on the third day. I generally adopt the previous method.
4. Secondary waterproof
After the water pipes are installed, seal all the wiring ducts in the bathroom with a mixture of cement and sand. After the trunk and the ground are filled with slag, clean the ground and the wall again. The wall and floor can be waterproofed when the water is dry. The wall is preferably one meter high. If there is a wall with furniture on the back of the kitchen and bathroom wall, the wall must be covered. Play the role of moisture-proof furniture. If the ground needs to be filled with slag, the slag must be filled after waterproofing. For slag filling more than 10 cm, dry mixed cement sand is used to fill slag. The second waterproof floor and wall should be done together. (There must be a friend here who wants to ask me that the ground has already been waterproofed once when it enters the stadium, why do I have to do it again now). The waterproof surface of the ground was damaged during the water and hydropower construction, so it must be done again with the wall. The first time I entered the venue, the waterproofing was done to make sure that the ground would not leak. After the pipes are installed, do the wall and floor again, so that the floor and wall can be more effectively waterproofed.
5. Slotting of wires and lines
After discussing the functions and requirements of electricity use with the owner, the person in charge of construction clarified with the electrician, and made the parallel and vertical line slotting. Put the bottom box of the switch socket. The sockets are slotted 40 cm from the ground, the wall-mounted air conditioner sockets are slotted 2.2 meters from the ground, and the switch is slotted 1.2-1.4 meters from the ground. The bottom of the switch socket should be installed with the horizontal line slotted. The kitchen and bathroom must be slotted with elastic thread according to the designed use function.
6. Wire and circuit wiring
Wire and circuit wiring: material requirements, 2.5-6 square meters or more copper core wire, 16mm or more wire tube. Wiring requirements: In circuit wiring, most electricians do not consider separating strong and weak currents, switches, air conditioner sockets and electrical sockets. Therefore, grooving also saves a large number of processes. Strong and weak currents require wiring to be separated by 30 cm at the lowest limit. Air conditioning sockets are dedicated for wires of 6 square meters or more, electrical sockets are dedicated for 4 square meters, and switches are dedicated for more than 2.5 square meters. The air-conditioning cable set should be routed at least 2 meters above the ground. Wire the electrical wiring group on the ground, and wire the top wall of the switch and lighting wire group. The bottom of the switch socket must be installed horizontally and vertically, so that the rear panel installation will be smoother. The switch sockets in the kitchen must be arranged and installed according to the function of the kitchen cabinet design. After all the electrical lines are laid out, the person in charge of the construction should remember the line layout and discharge dimensions, so as to facilitate the installation of various home accessories in the later period.
In principle, as long as the above six steps of hydropower installation are strictly implemented, the potential safety hazards of hydropower can be fundamentally solved. Therefore, the designer and construction personnel must be communicated during construction to ensure the function and safety of the future use of hydropower. .
